Jerk carries real heat. It is seasoned with pimento, scotch bonnet and thyme, so the heat builds rather than hits you at once. Curry and brown stew are much milder. Tell us your preference when you order.

There is a different chef's special most days. Cow foot on Tuesday, stew beef on Wednesday, stew peas on Thursday, chicken foot and salmon on Friday, and our famous jerk pork on Saturday.
